This group wil meet on a monthly basis and bring samples of home brew for the group to try. We will discuss different techniques. Might even have brew contests. You should join if you have a passion for home brewing or would like to learn more about it.  I am also planning to have dinners featuring different microbrew beers. This is a new gruop I am setting up and would like your ideas. and suggestions.  I am still deciding on a date for our first meeting.

(don't you know, there is a sport to bickering about who makes the best... whether it be ribs, shoulders, butts, briskets... what kind of sauce? dry rub? Styles: Memphis, Texas, Kansas City, Carolina, you know there are at least 3 or 4 other regions around the world that are sensational too …

Beer.....Good! We love good beer, and Chicago has good beer. Let's brew our own, visit other breweries, and share our knowledge.   Please suggest a meetup. What should we do tomorrow?
